यत्रोपरमते चित्तं निरुद्धं योगसेवया।
यत्र चैवात्मनात्मानं पश्यन्नात्मनि तुष्यति॥६-२०॥
English Meaning
When thought is quiescent, restrained by the practice of Yoga; when, seeing the Self by the self, one is satisfied in one’s own Self॥6-20॥

Bring focus to your breathing. Inhale and exhale normally. And then do an inhale with a count of 5, hold by counting 3, and exhale fully (release all air out) by counting 7, and then hold your breath, Be in this mode up to 3 counts.
Repeat the entire cycle three times.
Then start breathing normally, bring your focus to your nostrils, airway, and stomach; observe the air going in you and coming out; feel the divine energies going into energizing you in every part of you.
At this moment, you would be feeling present with yourself. Now, write 21 times the affirmation message, which is resonating with yourself, and then close your eyes. Imagine or visualize the effect of the affirmation message on yourself. 🧘🏻♀️🧘♂️ 🧘♂️ 🧘♂️
