Purpose of Life

There was a girl who belonged to a middle-class family in millennium city. Since her childhood, she was thinking to do something BIG in her life and make her parents proud. She was always taking things a step ahead if less was expected from her.

She was a person of commitment“Whatever she thought, she will complete it surely” She was confident and never thought that she studied in a small school. She has proven in her life that she can stand with those people whom everyone thinks that they cannot match with them

In her lifetime, she worked in many companies and one day she got a chance to work a multinational and well-known brand. She received many appreciations there which had boosted up her morale to make her more confident and to achieve her future goals of life.

One day, she decided to take the life a step ahead to go beyond the boundaries and pursued MBA. She was a person of great values who wanted to become inspirational for many. There were dreams in her sparkling eyes which she wanted to achieve as per her decided timelines.

She was having difficulty to find dream job after doing MBA but she never thought of giving up in life, again started her career in a MNC and with her grit, commitment and hard-work; she succeeded make challenges and she became Head of Department.

With never sitting idle in life, she said to herself, “Let’s go beyond the miles”. She found some good people around, those were giving her good experience and one great day, she found her “Purpose Of Life”.

We all are born with “Unique Capabilities”, believe in yourself, love yourself, think always positive, see dreams with open eyes, upskill and push yourself to accomplish your dreams.

There is a say as well “Do you know what the best thing in Life is, THE LIFE ITSELF”.

Seek through the Window

I am currently a student of class 12th and this is my story of success. Let me take you to the day which defined who I am today. It is the year of 2016; I am studying in class 8th and I have just taken up an IoT course at my school which took place every weekend.

Since a very young age I was fond of computers and understanding how things work. So, as I now at the age of 13, I was given a golden opportunity to get to know this really excited me and gave me goosebumps. Every weekend we would write new codes on Python and work with Rasberry-Pi module and built smart techs. Each weekend felt like the best day of my life and I still remember how excited I was those days.

These were the days which generated more and more passion for computer science enabling me to take this stream for my higher studies. Back then I did not have much friends which kind of hurt me a lot, but programming just helped me to escape from this.

In October of 2016 our Computer Science Teacher told us that a TECHNOTHALON was taking place. He explained us that It is basically a huge event for programmers in which student of different schools would come to participate. He told us that we have to create a smart, effective, cost efficient and inventive idea that can solve or reduce day-to-day problems.

Like in Mahabharat when Arjun was asked by his teacher Dronacharya what can he see in front of him. While others described the scenery, Arjun said I can see the eye of the bird sitting on the tree. This opportunity gave me the spark I required to fully use my capabilities to show everyone what I am capable of. I considered this as the most important event of my life, and I worked everyday on my project.

For a few days I had no idea what do, but then we got a news about my neighbor who had met with an accident will riding a helmet and using his phone. Then I saw my Dad a wearing Bluetooth headset and talking to his colleagues. The most amazing idea struck my mind :- HELPLUG. A smart helmet that connects to your phone thereby giving you information along the way without taking out your phone with a headset attached to the helmet.

Every day I would spend all my time working on my project. As soon as I would get back from the school, I would spend each and every second on this project. At the day of competition, I was shivering, shaking, forgetting my presentation but then I held my hand close to heart and said to my innerself, I will win this competition and I will do great. Also, my other teacher who went to the competition with me, they knew me very well and told me “Don’t be afraid of anything, just go out there and enjoy it.” These words really pumped me up and delivered my presentation I front of hundreds of people, answering each of the questions asked by the judges, teachers and students.

Then after a long wait of 5 hours a seminar was conducted in which world’s best professor and inventors in IoT were delivering their ideas, concepts and discoveries. Then me along with some of my friends were asked to follow a teacher to the stage. They gave us a black jacket to wear on which TECHNOTHALON was written. I thought that I was going to be given a consolation prize as all the other people went on the stage to receive their respective awards.

But in the in the end they called “ the winner of TECHNOTHALON 2016 is – it was my name.” I was in a state of shock as I did not expect this at all. I was being awarded my prize by the inventors that I was just listening too. I was so happy, and my family was too.

So, my fellow friends I would like to finish by saying EVERY DAY OPPORTUNITY COMES KNOCKING ON YOUR DOORS IT MAY NOT BE IN THE WAY YOU DESIRED. AS SOON AS IT COMES YOU HAVE TO GRASP IT BEFORE YOU LOSE IT FOREVER.

Turning Obstacles into Opportunity to Succeed

Very often in life, unsupportive households, unfavourable circumstances, or lack of proper guidance pose as potential obstacles which hinder people from following their dreams and fulfilling their aspirations.

Such is the story of a young girl from a small village in Karnataka. Always having had the will to learn and a curious mind, the young girl had always been an avid learner and was always open to the idea of filling her head with new information and knowledge.

On completing her education from a local village school, she asked her parents to enroll her in a college some towns away. Her family even though being a poor one did everything in their reach to help their daughter become something more than what they had ever been. Graduating with distinction from her college, she paved a successful path for herself.

But while she wanted to study further, her father neither had the money, nor the will to educate his daughter anymore. Her father, being the victim of negative influence from relatives, neighbours, villagers and other acquaintances forbade her from pursuing any higher education.

She was having difficulty to find dream job after doing MBA but she never thought of giving up in life, again started her career in a MNC and with her grit, commitment and hard-work; she succeeded make challenges and she became Head of Department.

But the curiosity and the will to learn more and her adamant behaviour towards fulfilling her aspirations changed her life.

Even though arguments and conflicts between the girl and her family were heavily draining her emotionally, she never let her family problems affect her studies and went on to become a successful businesswoman with commendable work ethic.

In the end, all the petty fights were worth it because she became what she was always destined to be, a successful entrepreneur and an inspiration to many.

This state, often referred to as a trance, allows the person to be more open to suggestions and enables the therapist to work on various issues more effectively. Hypnotherapy can be used to address a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioural problems. Here are some key aspects of hypnotherapy:

    1. Inducing Hypnosis: The therapist guides the individual into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. This is typically achieved through verbal cues, visualization, and relaxation techniques.
    2. Therapeutic Suggestions: While in the hypnotic state, the therapist makes specific suggestions that are designed to help the individual change unwanted behaviours, thoughts, or feelings. These suggestions are usually aligned with the person’s therapeutic goals.
    3. Exploration of Underlying Issues: Hypnotherapy can help individuals explore and address underlying issues that contribute to their problems. This might include uncovering repressed memories, examining subconscious beliefs, or understanding emotional triggers.

    6. Goal Achievement: By enhancing motivation and focus, hypnotherapy can assist individuals in achieving personal and professional goals, enhancing performance, and improving overall well-being.
    7. Self-Hypnosis: Some hypnotherapists teach clients self-hypnosis techniques, enabling them to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions.

Hypnotherapy is often used in conjunction with other therapeutic approaches and can be beneficial for a variety of conditions, including:

    • Anxiety and stress
    • Depression
    • Phobias and fears
